The warm, comforting yet familiar scent of apple pie. Cinnamon bark (not to be confused with cinnamon leaf) is considered a "hot", stimulating oil. A spice much favoured by Chinese herbalists and Egyptians from ancient times for its medicinal properties and purification abilities.
Cinnamon bark essential oil is best used for respiratory issues (coughs, colds and flu). It is a good addition to muscle aches and pain, rheumatism, arthritis and stiff/cold limb blends as it warming properties can help loosen tight muscles thus lessening pain. Helps re-energize from feelings of exhaustion and fatigue.

Method of usage: A little goes a long way. Diffuse between 1-2 drops (every 100ml of water) and enjoy the benefits. Add a max dilution of 0.1% to base oils/creams for body. Blends well with other spices, citrus, herbaceous, floral and woody oils such as bergamot, clove, cedarwood, ginger, grapefruit, lemon, mandarin, marjoram, orange, lavender and ylang ylang.
